Soooo trueee about the sugar addiction, I just literally kicked it. Been off sugar and carbs 10 days exactly and already lost 6lbs. I feel wonderful!! The sugar caused so much inflammation in my body it threw my thyroid out of wack, sugar is the devil yawl, stay away if you can help it!

Jlo is so underrated. She should have won the Oscars when she played the part of Selena. She was amazing on that part. Besides that, she is a multitasker and her body is the most perfect one I have ever seen!
