Hi ! I'm french and next month I'll try aerials arts ! Yours vidéos and of course tour talent made me dream !! How long did you practise aerials arts before do that ? Claire Garin I believe this performance I was about two years in with my training but I did have a strong foundation when I started. That is a must!!!! Don’t just train silks, find someone that offers safe strength and flexibility training to prepare your body 🤗

madeline rose yes alot people with dance backgrounds have aerial come easier to them but there are others who do just fune without any kind of background like that it all depends on the person and their strength level

I am not trained in any form of dance. It is helpful but only for the performing aspect. Strength and technique are still very difficult but achievable with practice and safe training 🤗

How long do you have to train to be so good?

I would say it's not so much about length of time as it is what you are doing. Aerial arts requires so much more than just practicing tricks. Make sure you have very strong foundational training and work technique more than anything. Once you have functional foundation strength and a strong firm understanding of the basics your performance will come off much more controlled and you will be able to do most anything :) Safe Training!

Jennifer Wilkins Amazing performance! You're right, first of all you need to achieve strenght otherwise everything is more difficult. I've been practising silks for 6months now but still I need to be more strong to perform the techniques correctly

I feel the same way. I think more of what I am trying to do is show versatility within my artistry to create more value to my services as a coach 😁 Thank you for the feedback I have covered my tattoos in other videos for this reason. Definitely not ashamed just like to be professional when hired for a gig 🤗
