Jenny Tinmouth getting into the lead of the British 125gp race at Brands Hatch in 2004, from 19th on the grid, on a used set of Slick tyres scrounged off the scrap pile at Dunlops (due to not having much money to go racing). It was short lived as she crashed not long after but a proud achievement, all things considered none the less. Jenny crashed at the next round at Knockhill and dislocated her left collar bone, but went on to finish 10th and get her first ever points and a first for a female in the class two weeks later at Mallory Park.
