They were just showing the episode finale yesterday on TNT where Dean n Sam sang this in the car!

Moments like this remind me that all these famous people are fans of other famous people too and they get the same kind of excitement when they meet. CT was a big SPN fan so that "I feel like I won a contest" was totally legit. He was only there because a mutual friend of Jensen and Corey arranged for him to go backstage. Jensen is a Slipknot fan too, so of course he jumped at the chance to meet and then they arranged to sing together. They have other stories about fanboying over other musicians too, like Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam). Apparently, Corey returned the favor and got the guys backstage for a Slipknot show when they were playing in Texas. It's always amazing when artists you enjoy appreciate each other.
