새해 복 많이 받아 종현아! 보고싶다 내 자랑

before 2018 i was not a Kpop fan but i used to watch a lot of k-dramas. therefore , i came across Jonghyun two times . First time with Boys Over Flowers famous ost “Stand by Me”. when i was watching that drama i was going through a very emotional period hence that song brings back bittersweet memories .second time was with this song “ Don’t worry my dear “ ...Reply 1988 is a drama i watched when i was an exchange student in the US . in the beginning of the year i was feeling homesick and sad . watching this stage performance i didn’t think much about the performers just listened to it and cried . a few month later in 2017 Jonghyun passed away .i didn’t know much about him nor about Shinee but i still remember feeling so down for whole day after reading the news . now i look back and realize even if i was not a Shinee fan back then Jonghyun was there with me through those hard times . that’s why i feel a strong connection with him even though he is no longer with us . one thing i regret is that i wish i knew more about him and about Shinee at that time . i definitely could do that in 2016 but whole Kpop was a new concept for me that i was not ready to get into i guess .but again i wish i was there as a fan before the incident . even thought i wouldn’t be able to do something i still feel like i missed a chance of knowing him before ,hence why i cannot forgive myself . anyways . i always wanted to express these feelings. Rest in Peace Jonghyun . you did well. 💔
