Jeongdongjin, also known as Chongdongjin, is a picturesque town near Gangneung in Gangwon, South Korea. It’s renowned for being one of the most popular spots to watch the sunrise on New Year’s Day. Located along the east coast of Korea, facing the Sea of Japan, Jeongdongjin offers stunning views of the coastline. The actual beach spans 250 meters of white sand and clear blue water, with rocky areas that attract divers.

*This is an amazing location and very picturesque. The Sun Cruise hotel is very unique. The train tracks along the water's edge probably offers some wonderful scenery. Good flight and wonderfully edited. 👍*
