3D 화면에 나타난 L1, L2, L3 는 수변전설비의 2차측 즉 380V 계통을 형성 해놓고, 막상 설명 하실 때는 1차측 즉 22900V 계통으로 설명하셔서 좀 혼동되었습니다. 전체적으로 좋은 내용인데, 지적해서 송구합니다.

마지막 2차측 L1,2,3와 중성점을 전압계에 연결하면 110v가 나오는지 궁금합니다.

네..110볼트가 나옵니다...혹시 궁굼해 하실까봐 말씀드리면, PT비에 따라서 1차의 전압과 2차 전압 ,즉 110볼트의 비율로 전압계에 표기 되고 있습니다..

진상이 많으면 그렇게 나옵니다. 부하의 진상과 지상의 값에 따라서 콘덴서 차단기를 내려 두시기를 바랍니다.
