2006년도에 설립된 본교는 끊임없는 혁신을 추구하며 현대 대중 예술을 통하여 학생들의 꿈의 실현에 한 발짝 더 다가서도록 교육하고 있습니다. 시대에 따라 지속적인 연구와 변화를 거처 최적화를 이룬 교과과정 (커리큘럼)과 콘텐츠 제작, 타 기관/아티스트와의 콜라보레이션, 해외교류, 마스터클래스, 연 12회 이상 기획공연으로 세계의 중심이 될 아티스트 교육과 배출에 정진하고 있습니다.또한 매년 버클리음대, 서울예대 등 국내외 명문 음대에서 수석, 차석, 장학생들을 배출해내며 실용음악교육의 가장 획기적이고 우수한 예술인들을 배출한 명문 예술학교입니다.

Since our foundation in 2006, our school seeks constant innovation in the music education field. We educate modern pop art in pioneering ways to make students come closer to their dreams.
Through our optimized curriculum created over endless experiments, we are devoted to emissions of young artists who will achieve fame worldwide. We offer our students content opportunities to create and collaborate with other organizations and artists overseas and to perform in concerts which are held annually.
Also, it is a prestigious art school that produces exhibitioners, summa cum laudes and magna cum laudes every year from reputable universities such as Berklee College of Music and Seoul Institute of the Arts.

It has produced many K-POP (Korean pop) teen idols and artists who have a huge fan base in Asia and in the West, such as SHINee (Jong-Hyun), Boyfriend(Jung-Min), ZICO, Band Hyukoh (In-Woo Lee, Hyun-Jeh Lim), Seung-Woo Yoo, Band Silica GEL(Leader Gun-Jae, Min-Soo), Old man and woman riding Stellar(Naeon Kim), Jin-Woo Jeong, Villain(Daeun Lee), June(Joonsang Lee), Dasom Kyung, The Brothers (Eun-sung Jeong), Nana Mellie (Seunghyun Lee), 12DAL(Yerim), Yerin Woo, Chanjuicy(Chan Joo Ahn), W24 (Arron Park), Lydia Lee, Han-Eol Park, YESEO, and LO-FI Baby(SAY Yang, Hyun-Jo Hwang), 1Nation (Bassist Eunseh Kim), Band Humble (Joong-Gi Shin). As for session musicians, guitarist Han-Eol Kwon, Changha Kang, finger style guitarist Kyungmin Do, and bassist Kyung-A Yang are the alumni, Also, there are composers (Cheon Young Cho, Jaemin Jeon-O51skater, Seong-Yeon Oh-Ownr, WeFreaky:Joon-Hyuk Yang & So Jin). The popular Korean television drama show "Dream High" was inspired by Seoul Music High School and its culture and success.
