These two have a really special bond which I think is getting stronger with time. Jealousy is an important aspect of any relationship. However, I personally think that JK is not jelous of JM hugging or touching V or Jin or any other member. He loves and likes all his hyungs. I do think though that he - and JM, too - are probably jelous of the fact that they can not express their feelings as openly as with the other members.
