I love your channel, but this place is too restoration hardware. It could be really cool but there are so many great unique light fixtures, pieces you could get from antique markets etc. that would make this place SO much better. Don't get me wrong I like Restoration Hardware but every light fixture? Table etc.? I prefer the places that are more one-of-a-kind--a piece that is unique to the space. Pieces that have a story are far more interesting. Seemed like you even stopped asking him where things were from because you knew the response.

I love your show, but I want Brooklyn gentrifiers to stop medicating themselves by saying, “No one wanted to live here” I'm sure people of color who lived in the community for centuries, accustomed to walking distance to a grocery store, could no longer afford to live there. Moreover, these “hipsters” work at these companies that hardly employ Ados. Many in hiring positions should stop lying to themselves. Most of your Brooklyn episodes are hard to stomach, but I guess newcomers are what excites you.

I think it is rude for her to take the lead thru others' homes. She needs to allow the owner to guide her from room to room. And stop opening peoples' cabinets (especially the bathroom) without first asking for permission before you take your paws and touch it! It's called common courtesy to another person's home. I do like the channel and I am sure she is a wonderful person; however, she needs to be taught some etiquettes.

Beautiful space but hearing somebody who lives in Williamsburg say with a straight face that “no one really wanted to live here up until 8 years ago” almost made me faint lmao. The mid-2000s rezoning facilitated development of condos on the waterfront but please trust that people did live - and did want to live - in Williamsburg long before 2015 🫠🫠🫠🫠
