I saw an article of this on yahoo, and the comments were so mean. I have no idea why people are being so mean to him, he's a wonderful guy. In fact why do people have to be so judgmental of anyone, including actors. There are actors who aren't very nice, or are the way people judge them to be, but they're not all like that, I bet there are plenty who are wonderful people that treat others kindly and love their children. Also what is with people and assuming everyone is a closeted gay? That literally just makes no sense, and it wouldn't matter anyway. I just don't get why people get so worked up over actors, I have favorite actors that I love but I'm not freaking out over every little thing that happens or doesn't happen in their life. Actors or celebrities in general are always being accused of all kinds of things, such as being fake, being bad actors, or even being terrible people, just because they are famous. (I also bet that most of the people accusing so many actors of bad acting, could not do what they do, how many of those people have huge careers playing in movies that millions of people watch?) Fame is just fame, and celebrities are human beings too. I know there are many out there that are kind and decent, after all they are people too. Well I just wanted to get my thoughts out of my head, I love Jeremy Renner and I can't wait for his next films. I have watched almost all of his films and one thing I know is that he is not bad at acting, he is amazing actually, like the film The Hurt Locker, a very moving film that one, that even soldiers who went to Iraq said it was very accurate.

Donika691 There are so many problems with society when it comes to celebrities. It is not even worth dealing with that kind of trash of a human beings. Jeremy Renner was great in the Mission Impossible series. And to some extent, people are jealous of the celebrities because just saying their name makes them money and everyone knows who they are. We regular people think it is easy to live a celebrity lifestyle because of the money and being well known. It isn't, especially actors/actresses. They fly from country to country filming movies, they can never get any privacy, the press/paparazzi are always in their face and being nosy, press spread lies about he/she in the trash magazines we see weekly at grocery stores, they take photos of them doing things that normal people do on a daily basis. It's normal for e to go into a grocery store and buy food like a normal human being, but it isn't normal when J-LO is shopping at a whole foods in California, it is this big of a deal. I couldn't do it. It maybe worth it financially, but socially, not even close.

***** I wouldn't want that kind of life, I like my quiet life in the country. There are a lot of things messed up about our society, I really don't care if a celebrity goes to the store, or the beach, or doesn't wear make-up. I appreciate the good movies and tv shows that they make possible, but I don't need to know every detail of their life. They are not all trash though, remember before they were famous they were dreamers just like the rest of us.

Donika691 My dear, I agree with you completely (I stopped at line four, but I'm positive I do!), just, people don't shitstorm on celebrities online because they are good or bad persons, because they deserve criticism or not. People do so because online you don't feel that much responsibility for what your typing! KZfaq is an epitome of character, intelligence, boredom, frustration and jealousy in life; so self-image, about projecting that personal emotion and experience upon public figures supposedly living in paradies; it's about the feeling of *power*... A power you feel as part of a worldwide community having a voice! That's the whole point KZfaq, plus other social media: Good idea, terrible players! Bottom line: People are as ugly as their ruthless vomit if a voice that the whole destructive, unnecessary, unfair anonymous hatred represents!

Zed Well he hadn't been on Ellen in five years and it's his first daughter, in consequence that's quite a normal dialogue! Plus, you clearly don't have kids, with a baby in your life (particularly the first one or the first of that sex), it doesn't matter who you are, that is all you wanna discuss 24/7! 😀 So it's obvious he didn't mind elaborating on the topic when they discussed it before the show. I see your point in general though, from an entertainer's point of view there should be more originality to the chat and nothing that predictable for over three minutes! After a while it feels like you've already heard everything about kids/ celebrity kids. And that excitement won't come back till people have their own family, anyway! Whatever, look at the audience, there's lots of housewives among Ellen's target audience!

So what? I don't see how any of this is ridiculous. My dad has a 40 year-old daughter from his former marriage and he married my mom, who is 20 years younger than him. I'm 18 and the age gap between my mom and dad and the one between me and my sister has never been a problem to either of us. My mom and dad love each other very much and love has no age. Boy, I don't know if I'm scared or curious to know what your thoughts on gay marriage are.
