The way I see it, Claudio Castagnoli needs to fight fire with fire. Meaning, he need to use some outside resources to make sure Jericho does not walk out of Final Battle with the championship. Like everyone that defines Ring of Honor.

Midcarders all the way for a brand that's trying to start over and actually succeed? Pretty gloomy outlook. If the terminally mid-card Cesaro beats Jericho for the title it will doom RoH to fail all over again. You can't run a successful company off the back of a dork who swings people round like he's on a playground and has never cut a decent promo in his life. The whole point of this RoH reboot is to try and get real fans this time, not internet dorks who pretend it's great but never bought a PPV, went to a show or actually watched more than a few compilations on KZfaq for free 😂

Hopefully ROH becomes it's own promotion with it's own show again after this. Combining it with AEW and bringing in all of the titles is just confusing, plus Tony Khan has enough talent to easily fill two separate rosters.

I want Claudio to regain the ROH World Championship as well, but I think Jericho is only holding it until ROH gets their TV Deal, I may be wrong, but I can see why they would keep Jericho ROH World Champion with a television deal on the horizon, becuase it's good marketing upon debut and Jericho is a very popular household name in the wrestling industry, but not like Claudio Castagnoli isn't a household name in his own right either especially considering he has way much longer history with Ring of Honor dating back to the early 00s, but when you think about how many folks actually had access to ROH back in those days a lot of wrestling fans probably didn't even bother to check out ROH in the 00s, but the wrestling diehards and hardcore fans were definitely very aware of ROH since it's 2002 inception I know I was and faithfully watched on my computer when I could back in 2002. 🔴⚫️
