Totally agree,I was fortunate to be raised in a "poor environment" in St Thomas Jamaica,my mother was extremely intelligent with morals and integrity I think i had a perfect life as following moms footsteps I was very persistent and rarely ask the creator for nothing more than continuing to give me life and health.Mom recently passed and I can say I have accomplished everything I had aspired for before reaching 50😇

Hi Jeremain. I have always appreciated this song while I was a teacher in Jamaica I would sing this song often at our morning devotions. Now I am teaching in the USA, and I heard my kindergarten students singing the chorus and I wondered where they learned it. I found out recently that they are actually singing the version that the little boy did. Now they want me to play it every morning before we begin our lessons.
