Love the Continuity. I know Jarod was drafted by billicheck, retired a patriot, and has been on the Patriots coaching staff since 2019 after retiring in 2015. He absolutely understands the x's and o,'s. He is a bill billichick deciple, so let's see if he can fill the shoes of the greatest coach to every coach football. I'm more concerned about the lack of a QB, and the lack of GM. Unless Mayo is the GM as well? I think it's best for the GM and coach to be two different people. But that third pick scares me, we all know several highly touted QB's crash & burn each year.

I do find it very strange that they thought the best fit for head coach was a guy that has never even been elevated to a coordinator position. He was inside linebackers coach. Idk how many people have gone from group coach, to head coach in one shot. It also doesn’t help that he refers to racism AND diversity immediately.
