After 8+ hours of wear, I was pretty shiny through the t-zone. However, it had not worn off anywhere nor had it oxidized. My blush and bronzer were still vibrant and in place so I was pretty happy overall. This will be great if you have dry skin; combo/oily you'll probably need to touch up with powder at least once😘

I'm almost 70 and like this foundation. I just wore it to my 50 year high school reunion and rec'd compliments. A couple of tips: I put the brush in an empty toilet paper holder and hold it over the bathroom trashcan. I also read a review where the person sprays a small amount directly on the face- this works for me. I use a damp make up sponge- not the brush. Also, a tip I got from Wayne Goss- I use it every time I use foundation. Take a small triangle wedge sponge - wrap in a tissue- and blot foundation after applying. I'm always surprised how much excess make up comes off on the wedge.

@@wandaurie8102 Oh, I should have shared that- it's dry. I mentioned in another post about it showing the texture of the skin. It does cover in a somewhat flawless finish- but I don't really have large pores or blemishes. I'm a redhead- so I use a light shade. But, I do contour and use blush. It's different in terms of product application- but after using a couple of times you'll find what works best.

I just turned 74 and I love this airbrush powder first time I use it and I’m going to keep on using it, the only problem is where I bought it the first time they’re discontinued so I have to find it online. CVS had it on the aisle as seen on TV but they discontinued Elsa. I went to Walgreens and they still had it on the isle of as seen on TV. I may have to order online if everybody will take it off the shelves 😳😳😳😳

I love Jerome's airbrush foundation and have used it for years. I just recently started using it again after many failed attempts with other products. I have the Luminess system, but actually like Jerome's "canned" foundation better than my machine system. I used the Dinair makeup air system and her sunless tanning system in my salon and used to do makeup and tans for brides, special events etc. I tend to have dryer skin in my older years and this product works wonderfully. I sprayed mine about half an inch from the brush, and it works pretty good. It doesn’t go any everywhere else and that way you wouldn’t waste any of it❤

I have very dry skin now that I’m in my 70s and enjoy this foundation very much. It’s light and airy and is buildable. The color I ordered is a perfect match for my fair, fair skin. I have tried other foundations for older skin but this one does what it says. It doesn’t sink into my wrinkles. Will stick with it until I find something better.

I am so glad you made a video on this product. I have been seeing the advertisement of this. I have been curious. I have a few large pores so I don't think this would work for me. Air brush makeup is different. The application looked really good on you but I’ll stick with my KVD True Portrait foundation. Love this one. Your eye makeup is awesome. Love the shadow striking very dramatic 👍. Your hair no matter how you style it it always looks so good an interesting video. 🍁🎃🍁

A number of years ago he sold his skincare and cosmetics on HSN and I used to use them. This is interesting and I’ve not seen it . He used to have a powder that I really liked.

Oh my gosh I was just looking at the ad for this make up and debating whether to by it or not. It is supposed to be available at CVS, WALGREENS and WALMART. I would need to see the actual shades before I buy it. Did you use a moisturizer under it? Thanks for the review!

I bought this a few months ago when there were 3 products offered including the airbrush foundation, air primer and setting spray with 2 brushes included for about twice the price as you mentioned, Your video helped me with the courage to try it again. I'm not fond of the overspray either. I will try your recommendation of the mattifying powder as well. As an aside, be very careful when cleaning the brush that came with this product...mine fell apart upon first cleaning (bristles all fell out).

That Beautycounter Mattifying Powder really came to the rescue! I agree with one of the comments requesting a tutorial explaining the difference in powders. Frustratingly, Beautycounter isn't available in the UK (I'm starting to think of the UK as being some sort of lost province out on Mars somewhere.....!) Can you recommend another mattifying powder as good? 😉

I loved how it looked on you but as you pointed out I could see a slight shine but still looked good on you. I am going to try the warm medium. I did notice it cost more but says it's Matte. Now I'm headed to watch the eye video because your eyes were amazing. --Looks like the eye makeup video is not posted yet.

@@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates officially Received warm medium which is matte and it seems to cover and last with no shine. I'm in my 70's I applied lightly then a second layer on a small age spot in my face. I am very happy with the way it looks. Thank you so much for the video you made otherwise I would never have known about this product.

It looks wonderful on your skin! I have never tried air brushed foundation, and really would be concerned that the fallout from the spray would go everywhere. Still, I do love the concept! 😍

I use this- it's not messy. You can put the brush in an empty toilet paper holder and spray it over the bathroom trashcan. I also read an user who sprayed directly on her face. That kind of freaked me out- but I tried spraying just small areas- and it worked well. I don't use the brush-i use a damp makeup sponge/blender.

What I do I shake the bottle and I sprayed a half an inch away from the brush and you won’t go everywhere and it works pretty good 👍🏻

Hi Sharalee, thanks for showing this one. I was surprised at how much mist stays in the air vs. goes on the brush. This convinced me to pass on any spray foundation. I have a respiratory illness so I should have been wary to begin with. It just seemed like Carmindy sprayed the Airflash onto the small makeup sponge without particles suspended in a little cloud. You know? Anyway, I won’t be buying the Dior or this one or even the Temptu system. Besides, i should begin protecting and caring for the Earth at least in my purchasing. Don’t even let me get started on the Allure article on glitter! Have you read it? Eye opening! I’m wandering…Love you, Sharon ❤xo

I'm not encouraging you to buy this product - I understand your concern. I'm just sharing how I use it. I put the brush in an empty toilet paper holder and hold it over the bathroom trashcan while I spray- barely any misting issue.

I seen a woman spray it in a red plastic cup and put the brush into the cup then apply to save product bc using it the way they say, I feel wastes a lot of it and it's expensive if you get the whole set which i did and it was almost 50$s.

@@lisapierce525 I'm almost 70 and I use this. I have dry skin- it works well. I use contour/blush so the texture issue isn't really a concern. I would try it- I think you may be surprised. I would caution not getting too light of a shade- I think that emphasizes texture more.

I love this foundation initially but find that it is too shiney and does not wear well. It comes off easily if it makes contact with clothing.

No, I don't think it is. I pulled out my Dior Airflash and swatched them side by side on my hand (should have done this in the video😂). Anyway, the Dior dries down pretty quickly to a fairly matte finish. The Jerome Alexander one is much more glowy and hydrating. Don't you hate it when your favorite products get discontinued?!

I don’t really see how this particular product’s application process is any different from regular foundation application with a brush. Hair that comes out of a brush that easy is usually a sign of a cheap brush. Think I would skip it.

Hi Sharalee! I don’t know if I need a new foundation or just concealer, but I now have some very prominent lines under my eyes. I use a concealer, and have even tried my foundation to cover my dark under eyes, but I’m becoming dryer and those lines look like billboards by the end of the day. Any suggestions?
