Interesting looking whammy bar. Does that raise and lower all strings like a Bigsby, or individual strings.?

It's called a doubleshot tuning changer by hipshot to change between 2 tunings quickly without retuning old school method

Hi my name is Dennis Fain. I am trying to learn how to play that steel no bro no bro anyway are they any? I know their books and some books of Bluegrass and country music using that but what I want to know I know you’re breaking it down to 4 foot threats and white strings to play.
