Jerry radiates great energy. We should feel so lucky to have this man at the helm; albeit temporarily.

This organization has been very disappointing this year but my hope for us being a contender with the likes of the chiefs and bills is still high we just have to put all the pieces together. We have all the weapons to be an elite team we just have to stop having so many injuries. I think that problem stems back to the strength and conditioning coach. We need a new one. Just my take

I don't know what kind of head coaching chops this man may have in the long term, but his demeanor and willingness to hold people accountable is everything those players need right now. Win, lose, or draw, I'll be very surprised if we don't see a different team for the next two weeks.

This is the type of coach we need going forward. He's passionate about his job and players but won't let them run the asylum. Hackett when he was hired was overly friendly. It's like I didn't take him serious as a guy who could make the hard tough decisions. I did think the players would like him as a person he seemed like a good drinking buddy but that's it. I wanted to see if he was that same jolly jolly guy when if the losing started and Hackett just seemed out of his element. I loved this presser and the difference is night and day between Hackett and Jerry

Rosburg is the only man left to lead the Broncos. He is excellent!! Earth to Broncos!! Back to basics!!

I want to say thank you to the broncos organization, from the bottom of my heart. I have struggled with insomnia for YEARS. But that all changed this year once I started watching this team. This press conference is going in the bookmarks in case I ever have insomniatic issues in the future.

There’s hope for us…

If Coach Rosburg can inspire our players to a win in KC, he needs to be a candidate for the full-time gig. If he can win the remaining two games against the Chiefs and Chargers, he makes a genuine, strong case to be the next head coach.

Rosburg reminds me a lot of Tom Coughlin and we know how badass he was, Rosburg is exactly what we need at this point in time, something to build on for next season, I've never been so inspired for the last two games of a losing season as I am right now!

Seems like a great guy. It's a shame i lost patience for this season coz i couldn't care less if he wins the next two games. I was a believer in hackett when he gave his introductory press conference, so when i hear people saying this guy sounds more like a coach than hackett, sure... I can see it too, but it's all just perception. The ultimate deciding factor is winning. I trust george paton, loved his past two drafts and yet the same man can hire hackett an absolute disappointment overall. He brought in russel wilson who I lowkey thought was a better "teammate" than rodgers, mostly due to his tarnished image. And yet, russel wilson has managed to tarnish his own image even worse in my opinion. I'd honestly rather we trade him. Rypien outplayed the guy, and rypien isn't starting qb caliber! I want a gm/ownership/coach to admit we are going to rebuild and it'll take 3 years. Beacuse that's the REALITY! We kept saying we're one qb away, for the past 6 season... 6 losing seasons at that. 6 seasons of "we can win now!" Bruh... Give me a break.

The good news is this team is heading in the direction I see how this team should play says Rosburg coming off a 50 burger against the second string Rams team on Xmas day!

When you listen to this guy's demeanor (and I had to look him up on wiki because I had no idea who he was), it's a striking difference to his predecessor. Nathaniel looked like he was lost and never looked the part. He never inspired confidence. Even his introductory presser was more a dud. This man speaks with elegant aplomb and doesn't have to boast. You can just feel he knows WTF he's talking about. So ....... the question for Patton .... wtf didn't you interview this guy? Or at least have him as part of your "interview team"? Credit to Patton for bringing him in the turn off the fire but man ...... how could he, knowing how a true leader directs, hire THAT guy? .......
