Here in MO it is harder to sell a home with electric lines and sub stations. Apparently the rays from them can cause Cancer. Don't know if was proven.

I knew this was going to be a hard show to watch this Monday morning. Gismo was the special sauce of the show. When Linda talked about missing the sounds of his paws hitting the floor, it brought back the flood of emotions I also felt when my past pups had passed. So glad you placed the picture of him between you two. We all will remember your pup with the fondest of memories. 🙏

My heart broke when I heard about little Gizmo. He was so funny at the vet visit. Little doggies are like a ball of unconditional love. I really miss him and will always remember that cute little dog. He had a great sense of humor. 😘💔😢

We lost our Boxer of 10 years just before Memorial Day 2021. Even now, I'll have a memory of him that reduces me to tears. I don't think I'll ever get over the loss. Dogs bring such joy and unconditional love into our lives. Gizmo was just such an dog.

I am seriously crying more tears & so sad for your beautiful doggie Gizmo!! Love the portrait of him & know how much he was loved by you both. I lost my cat of 15 years just six months ago. Maybe when the time is right, look for a new special friend at your local shelter or rescue. So many beautiful doggies need a loving home. Bless you both! 💕 🙏 🙏

I’m lost for words. Much respect for both of you. Indeed you guys are kindred spirits. I can also appreciate your morals and values as they manifest in your videos. Death can be one of our greatest teachers and the way you ended this video with final words of Guzmo made me, a grown man cry. Words are not enough to express how sorry I am. Gizmo knows he was loved beyond measure and he knows he had the best doggie parents that any doggie could dream of having. It doesn’t make it any bit easier but I’m sure he would want you to remember all the happy times and not be too sad for him. He would do anything to take your pain away. Jerry, Linda you have are deepest condolence's. We have been in The Villages for six years and have watched all of you since we moved here. It broke my wife and I hearts when we got the news of Gizmo's passing. He was an awesome part of our Mail bag Mondays. I know he will be watching over both of you and raining down his love and blessings. I know he's up there looking for the perfect new puppy if you choose to make that decision. I was so sorry 😢 to hear about your Baby, Gizmo. I know it’s so hard to lose a pup. They aren’t with us long enough. A couple years ago I lost Fiona, my little Pomeranian. I said no more dogs, but I now have a Goldendoodle, what a handful, but what a joy. ❤ His name is Teddy Bear, looks like one. 🎉

I was shocked and stunned with your loss of gizmo watching this video. I cried during his last goodbye appearance but know he is playing with my sweet zack which I lost in late july after 14 years. Linda, just like gizmo my zack was my shadow and constant companion. I know you just like me will have many great memories that will make you smile and laugh and although at times sad I truly believe there is a rainbow bridge on the way to heaven and they wait for us.

We were seriously considering a lot in the Enclave, the lot was 109,000 and the bond 72,000. The cost of the house we planned to put on it was going to be between 750,000 & 900,000 (depending on finishes and pool or not) so it would have been around 1,000,000 all in. We opted of a prebuilt house on a view lot for about half of the total of the Enclave, the decision was primarily based on the prices.

I know the feeling and it’s very sad and heartbreaking 💔. I too lost my boy and it still hurts; he was like a son to me as Gizmo was to you. I forgot to say it in my other comment but being an experienced green anole catcher, I use a kitchen dishcloth and throw it net style over the lizard then gather up the towel carefully and the lizard will be inside it. Then I let it go outdoors, I usually have to shake the towel outside as the lizards stick to the cloth with their feet. Works a lot better then a bowl or Tupperware and seems to be safe for the lizard.

I am so sorry for your loss. Gizmo brought so much joy to so many. My 12 year old daughter would watch just to see him, she loved him and his jokes. I hope the memories of him bring you lots of smiles in the future. When my pets passed there was one verse that really gave me comfort..."how lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard". Hugs to you.

I am so sorry to hear about Gizmo. I have not watched in a few months and I just watched today's (10/09/2023) show and I noticed I did not see Gizmo or his gig at the end of the show. I had to look back to find out what happened. We have all lost pets, but they are more than that, I know. I feel for you.

Guys, this is the first I’m seeing about gizmo. I feel so heartbroken for you. We have been through this a few times in our lives and it never gets easier. I’m so sorry. Will certainly miss the gizmo segment. Loved it! I know he’s just playing and living it up over the rainbow. Loved his last segment I cried. We waited 3 years to get another puppy. We love him very much. Remember ur not replacing, ur just adding more time for love Linda

Jerry, Linda. Jackie and I are so sorry to hear about Gizmo. Pets become such an integral part of our families, much like a child. Just as he said he'll see you when you get there. Know that he will always be with you in your hearts. Now for something a little lighter. Professor Harold Hill's conquest in Gary, Indiana and She is waiting for the Wells Fargo.

Just started watching this video and heard about gizmo. Having had both cats and dogs I've experienced the loss many times. Although I've always considered myself a cat person the loss of a dog has somehow been harder to deal with, don't know why. Gizmo was the best, sorry for your loss.

Much love to you both and Gizmo from Canada. I could see Linda's hurt at the beginning of the video. Losing a beloved pet is so hard. Really they remain in our hearts forever.
