Welcome to part 2 of removing the Arctic Cat 650h1 differential. In the last video we removed the axles and control arms this frees up space to get the front differential out so we can rebuild it. as the video shows getting the front differential out for repair is a bit tricky as you need wiggle it enough to remove it from the u-joint splines.

Hello. I have a leak on the outgoing axel in the front differential. I´v remove the axels and the a-arms. But how do I remove the outside part on the differential as you have done? Regards Per (from Sweden)

I need to rethread the diff plug, but cant access it with power tools, nor a threader. Any suggestions that are easier then completely taking apart the front end?

Maybe someone has an answer for me. I have a cat 01 500 automatic has push pull 4x4 control. When in 4 it kicks it out when moving. Not sure how it works to engage inside it. What do I need to do to fix? Pull and full rebuild or is there a worn part that causes this that could be simply replaced
