Many of the homes in Little Tuscany were built by the top movie stars of the 1950s and 60's. Perched on winding roads up in the hills above Palm Springs is an eclectic mix of Mid-Century, Spanish Mediterranean, Desert Contemporary and Ultra Modern homes that have commanding views over the entire Coachella Valley as well as breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains.

I notice that so many of the residential streets in Palm Springs don't have dividing lines down the middle. Strange.

I was there just after 9/11. Lovely place, but very different now and so commercialised. Such a shame.

@@scotsolomon2729 Don't know why I never got a notice of this reply. But whatever. As far as the center line is concerned old people need a center line to keep them from drifting. And with all the elderly in PS they need them there as much as anywhere.
