To me that is also the bottom line. There are already age minimum limits. To age limit the maximum would be a civil rights issue. You could start kicking people out of middle class jobs or their own business, if you cap the age. For the pure radicals in the Democrat party they'd vote for a Mule as long as the party approved, but for all the rest of us we can see what is going on and fear for the country.
