The ideal for many women (who are into men) would be a muscular fit dude (possibly lower end of jacked, or nice definition/toned) tall, masculine voice, has style that fits their body type/face and is attractive (facial symmetry, kind personality and hopefully intelligent and not egotistical.). Most people know they aren't going to get the ideal or that often, the ideal doesn't even exist. Bo burnham has a great song about that actually. People mistakenly call that settling, when it's just shooting for the stars and reaching the clouds.

I always use nice clothes, I spend quite a bit of money in clothing , and not stupid snickers and rapper t-shirts i like. Actually high quality clothing . And spend time choosing good combinations that I know make me look good. I never leave home with out checking my hair And you’ll never catch me with out cologne on me. Take care of my nails My eyebrows, my beard and my skin and my teeth . Nothing metrosexual. But always trying to give an image of healthiness, maturity and self care . You don’t have to look like a Greek god to give that image. Don’t be to fat or two skinny. Hit the gym at least twice a weak so that you are not a weakling And practice basic hygiene daily . Choosing clothing wisely is a really good plus , but not a condition

Not in my experience at all. It's just that guys' idea of a dad bod is fat. Most women find a healthy, normal level of bodyfat to be most attractive, AKA enough fat to not have a six pack, but not enough fat to actually be, you know, fat.

Some of the girls in the video have barely any muscle or at least close to no definition, yet they demand a dude to have it, or the unrealistic height standards (the girl who demanded over 6'2" which is like 5% of the male population). Yeah, the 15% comment for women was shocking. Models have passed out on runways with higher percentage body fat than that. Women should be 20% as a bare minimum to be healthy. Men should be between 10 and 15.

Important point: very rarely people will answer that 'rating' thing honestly, I feel especially girls (probably something to do with emotional intelligence and empathy)- if they find you VERY attractive, they will often say you are 7 or 8 (when they think you are a 9), not to come off as being desperate and too strong into someone, if they find you less than attractive and think you are a 4, many people will say 6 or 7, not to make you feel bad. Ultimately, who cares, be yourself, love yourself, life and others! :)
