I am an 5’7 SG that can shoot from anywhere after the half-court line. I find trouble at dribbling, especially against lockdown defensive players. Since I’m against tall players everytime, I found the disadvantage to create space, drive onto his left or right. The least I can do is to crossover-sidestep and shoot, but that pressures me a lot. The dribbling skills I have is lacking, because the faster I go, I lose the ball easier, while I go slower, the dribbling is less effective. I would like to ask more infos on breaking ankles, dribbling or handles, but especially shooting while contested.

Can you talk about controlling the spin or english of or on the ball? especially while driving hard to the rim past defndr. How did you learn to not inconsistently dribble the ball too weak or to hard and bounce out of your hand or slide through fingertips? thanks

I have not been to any basketball 🏀 clubs and teams because I didn’t have money to pay the local one and I have been practicing at school and home. My friends went to clubs and want to thrash me but I am practicing everyday for over an hour!This is helping me and I will subscribe to YOU!!

I swear this are the real ways to get good at b-ball. My dumb coach only ask us to pass to big man and focuses on court to court mechanics, not much on the players themselves
