She might also still react that way if its real argument. Hyori's a big senior to her (and everyone that's left on the table are her senior). Even if she's outgoing and outspoken, she wouldn't probably dare to talk balk to her senior in front of so many people. She still has respect to people and the Korean culture in this kind of situation.

i disagree. for me jessi's reaction gave it away that it's a prank, she is just the SWEETEST to people she is close with. Especially this group, she have so much respect for all of them if you see their offcam interactions. And also she had said in interviews that her "this is a competition" savage mode from UR was due to so many factors in that show and HDYP is far from UR. Omg their acting was so good- I so was nervous!! They were all so convincing! Jimi Yu and the managers had a good scare. The gift was very sweet too. Jessi using her acting skills she learned lol but her signaling with her face to Hyori was so straightforward. Jongmin smiling in confusion was so funny. Really amazing how life works. Before Jessi as a teen was asked who was her favorite korean celebrity and she said Hyori saying that she finds her very beautiful and now she had Hyori on her music video which is so far her most commercially successful song and being picked by Hyori as one of the best rappers in the current generation. She also partnered with Jaesuk who was Hyori’s partner in comedy then. Love it.

so i kinda knew that this was a prank, since in the beginning of this ep the girls said they want to surprise jimmi yu...but dang....their acting is superb👏...it was so freakin believable👍...love refund sisters so much ❤

If you watch the full episode, you can see they were acting as soon as they got there. Hwasa was purposefully less responsive and looking off a lot to look tired from working so much (solo project, Mamamoo, and Refund Sisters). Jessi kept giving Hwasa looks which Jae Sok picked up so he knew something was up (but really Jessi was waiting for Hwasa to make her move and leave). Hyori and Jessi are both known for being very strong with their opinions and given Fin.K.L's past it's not outside the realm of possibility for there to be a fight. Then JungHwa pulling out the tears to show why she won two BaekSang awards for acting. I think the only time it was really unbelievable was when Hyori called JungHwa an old woman who only cries and laughs! 🤣

Yes it was a prank, and when Yoo Jaesuk came looking for them, they surprised him with a cake. If this was a real fight, of course they would never air it

Jessi can never go against Hyori in real life. Hyori is one of the most senior artists in the industry. Disrespecting her is like disrespecting Beyonce. Psy would snap. And do you know Jessi named her as her favorite korean celebrity when she was just a teenager. And now she is in her nunu nana music video and hyori named her the best rapper in the current generation 🤷♀️
