She also called out so many people on that show and even one of the male judges lmaoooo who had a problem with her even though he denied it

Nah cause in order to know if someone is a good person, you need to see how Jessi acts around them. Jessi is brutally honest so she doesn’t fake her emotions, for example, Jessi never liked that girl Jimin from AOA and she openly expressed how she felt about her. A few years later it was revealed that Jimin actually bullied her members and was a horrible person. Jessi knows what’s up and she doesn’t hide it.

Jessi initially debuted as a singer, but came on the show to promote herself. And her American vibes definitely caught everyone by surprise with her brutal honesty. She didn't win first place (the judging was pretty sketchy tbh and she called it out multiple times throughout the show) but she still came out more famous than anyone. And she has said before that everything that was said was legit, but the drama was really exaggerated by the show.

Fast forward a few years later, the only ones in this show that stayed relevant are "Jessi" herself and "CHEETAH". 🔥

The girl she was talking about not understanding how she made it through (blonde in white shirt) is Jimin from the group AOA. It recently came out that she bullied a former member of her own group to the point of her having a mental breakdown. So I love seeing this episode, because Jessi was right and even better, she's a good judge of character.

Jessi definitely got a lot of hate and even on other varieties shows almost all the time they played this same music for some the things she said. (If y’all watched enough shows with her then you’ll know what I mean). It was really overplayed and I honestly got annoyed after a while, but I think now, especially after Refund Sisters and starting shorterview, I think a lot of people started to see more sides of her than just her badass/“intimidating” side.

this was a rap competition show jessi participated in, even though she’s more of a singer than a rapper. the reason why jessi didn’t like these girls was mainly because of how fake they were, while she was just being real. i also think another reason is because these girls claimed to be rappers and even though jessi is a singer, she’s better at rapping than them. i guess she was just disappointed? i cant really find the right word but yeah lol. a lot of watchers also liked her because she said things that people were too scared to say.

She was a contestant at Unpretty Rapstar, the show is a spin-off of Show Me the Money and she ended in 2nd place, first runner-up and appeared as a mentor in several episodes on the season 2. There aren't many artists in k-pop like her because she has no filter or what so ever, she says and does what she wants and what she thinks it's right. She debuted in 2005 and Unpretty Rapstar was in 2015, the show made her known in South Korea and even internationally. While international people liked her for her personality, in South Korea it took a bit for them to be used to her and nowadays people still have a lot of cultural shocks when meeting and hanging out with her but she already said that she's just a typical american woman (she was born in New York, but grew up in New Jersey). Last year, she dropped a song called NUNU NANA and it was her biggest hit song, it made her a lot more famous than she already was. Her 15 (almost 16) years old career is going strong.

Jessi acted like this a lot because people never took her seriously. She knew she was worth more and had to prove herself constantly, and people became intimidated by her bc of it. But now that she has recognition, she's a lot more comfortable with people and shows her funny side more!!! She really worked hard and is known for how hard/much she works even now.

Idk why man but seeing jessi's 'rude' attitude in unpretty rapstar made my day bcause jessi didnt fake..she loves become real and honest ..i tell you dont ever believe idols/celebrity when they are on camera coz some of them are not even real

Jessi might come off as mean but she is the realest female in the game.everyone else sits around and watches people talk shit to them or lets bullshit happen, Jessi wasn't raised like that. she is very very sweet and funny and straightforward, but since there is a lot of bullshit that people be saying in Korea, she always calls it out. that's why it seems like she is rude but honestly, I would give the same exact reaction. they be trine play her as well. this is why she has become so loved, aint no fake shit with Jessi.

All the girls keep judged her that's why she became like that😏, she actually very sweet and cute to the person she comfortable with
