It’s not hard to look “young” in your thirties. Sunscreen, normal skincare routine, etc. can achieve a similar look. Also, so many celebrities get subtle filler for wrinkles, so I wouldn’t stress about “aging” if I had Jessica’s money and connections.

You can massage your skin just fine without roughly tugging all around your face. Maybe get a facial roller if you want to get a deeper massage while still being gentle on your skin.

Only 10% is attributed to genetics. If you read and saw the pictures on studies done with twins you would be shocked. Habits will always override genetics. But I agree that her approach is rough, it's not for everybody. Certainly not for people with sensitive skin.
