What I loved about suits was the details. Having Robert Zane in the court room was a small touch, but it added character. He’s also a managing partner like Jessica. But he’s in that court room to watch his little girls trial. It’s details like that, that other shows lacked.

Season 6 was always one of the best seasons. It initiated conversations between people we hadn't seen before, like Harvey and Rachel, Jessica and Rachel, Jessica and Robert Zane.

One thing i only noticed now is that right up until the actual question Jessica is calm and collected, letting the prosecution get riled up, the way she is phrasing things its like a “help us understand the situation”

I actually prefer Jessica and Rachel’s mentorship to Jessica and Harvey’s. Harvey would always be pouting at Jessica about something. Rachel however actually observes Jessica , admires her and learns a lot from her.

Every time I watch this scene, I can’t help but wonder if Mr. Bailey was able to seek damages for being in prison for 12 years for a crime he didn’t commit. I have a thought that Jessica gave him money to get settled in his new life.

That comes from experience as a lawyer, you're not just arguing your case to the judge you're answering it to random people, if they see you loose composure their impression of you and indeed the case will be altered

You know how Scottie said to Rachel , the great scene in elevator from way back, God's green earth episode, I think, Scottie say Mike is going to have to look at you Rachel doing the thing that he loves practising law, which he can't, she say like he going to resent you, yet you can see that Mike is proud of Rachel here.

It's for the judge to decide. Considering she said she will put her on the stand, and so provided evidence of the admission before that. We could assume that she would be cross examined. And potentially make it admissable.
