Jessica Biel was spotted back on the NYC set of “The Better Sister” after husband Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest in the Hamptons. People reports a source says she is “not happy” about the arrest, but she “will always be by his side” and is remaining focused on her work. Justin’s lawyer tells “Extra” he looks forward to “vigorously defending” Timerlake against the allegations.

Yes, he’s got money, but who wants to piss it away on higher insurance premiums, and having to hire a driver when he won’t have a license for a while? What a ridiculous title. Whose wife WOULD be happy their husband got a DWI? None I ever knew. That said, thankfully no one was hurt and he was caught without incident. As celebrity crimes go, it's far from the worst. Hopefully he learns his lesson and never repeats it. It can be forgiven the first time, as no one was hurt, but a second offense would be another matter entirely. NOT that it isn't a very serious matter, it is, as someone could have been killed and it's supremely irresponsible, but momentary lapses in judgment happen, so one can move on if one learns the lesson the first time.

Justin never did a breathalyzer test, 2. a blood test was never performed on him so 3. how on earth would you know that truvada was in his system. I had no idea what truvada was, so I looked it up and also found the "publication" that made the claim that he had it in his system is called "Poo Crave", which is a parody page of Pop Crave. Go check them out, they do nothing but satire. And based on this, you go running with this nonsense like it's fact? Do better!

For all those saying it’s not a big deal or the end of the world, you obviously never had to bury your parent, sibling or friend killed by a drunk driver. And, yes, it was the end of the world for those killed by irresponsible drink drivers. It is a serious offence because the risks are high. Why didn’t he call a friend or take a taxi? He was lucky he got caught.

Why should Justin go to rehab for one offense? I'm glad no one was hurt. But this could have happened to so many people. As a wife I would not be happy but support my husband too. I'm sure everyone judging Justin is perfect and has never made a mistake. They may say, "Not this mistake." But I'm sure you've made other mistakes you're not proud of. Glad Gayle King defended Justin too. But this is a good reminder to take an Uber if you're drinking and driving.

There are always going to be some people who drive drunk no matter what. However, the more the attitude that "Drunk driving is just a mistake. It could happen to anyone" is around, the more likely it is that more people will risk driving drunk compared to if it is considered a really disgusting thing to do.

Once you refuse a breathalyzer, under NY law, you're automatically assumed guilty. I personally PREFER the breathalyzer (although i've never had one) because my balance is absolutely terrible and even stone cold sober, I can't do any lift one leg/hop like a bunny crap. I just topple over and you'd assume I'm drunk!

No one is “automatically assumed guilty” by refusing a breathalyzer. It’s merely an automatic suspension of one’s driving privileges. The idea behind refusing a BAC reading is so you’re not doing the police officer’s job for him by providing damning evidence. It comes with an automatic suspension of your driver’s license, but, big deal. ALWAYS refuse a breathalyzer. The officer can obtain a warrant for a blood draw during booking, but that’s on him. Makes sense, doesn’t it?

The general public needs to see that he is treated like everyone else when it comes to breaking the law. I like Justin just fine but he should not be exempt from whatever the law dictates.

Whether or not he believes he’s above the law is unknown. He broke the law, was arrested, and is going through the legal process, again, just like you or I would. JT didn’t “conduct a PST”, he was given one. Also, refusing the PST is an automatic arrest, so there’s really no choice. You can refuse the breathalyzer, but even that comes with an automatic one year license suspension. Free info, and I won’t even bill you…

@wrigley8225 just so you know. The second a cops asks have you been drinking and asks 1000 questions of where you've been etc etc, your going to jail. So it's better to go to jail without conducting any tests and not answering any questions than answering conflicted questions and doing 50% of tge tests
