Enchiladas look good. I've never made them with flour tortillas. Traditionally you would use yellow corn or even the red corn tortillas.

I am from Arizona and the enchilada is made with corn tortillas not flour. The flour tortillas are used for burritos.

I make my sweet potatoes very similar, however you should try going a little heavy handed on the red pepper flakes and then when they are almost finished sprinkle them with that parm cheese and let it melt in the oven! Sooooooo freaking good!

I’m with Mr. B... a good Cuban is hard to find. I normally make mine with regular rolls versus Hawaiian... to take down the sweetness and I add jalapeños bc well.... yum And homemade enchiladas... yesss!! I make my own enchilada sauce, growing up in TX it was a staple. Yummy...... And y’all,,,, make some chicken enchiladas with a sour cream sauce.... yum!!!!

Ok... you want to make a dessert that will MAKE YOUR EYES ROLL IN THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD AMAZING!!!? I got it off of the DOMESTIC GEEK about 3 or 4 years ago... I've made up my own concoctions and have a blast making them because the ones she mentions give me ideas. Simply put, all you need for your No Churn ICE CREAM are a couple ingredients to start it out, 2 Cups heavy whipping cream, and 1- 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk! Then the things you add to that make the flavor! If you have a hand held mixer, use that or if you have a Kitchen Aide stand up mixer which I just bought and love even though uts a 30 yr old REFURBISHED mixer, it does the job without Mr. BUNKY Arm power! I just start it out slow to mix t HF e flavors I pick. For instance, before I start mixing, I put in 2 heaping teaspoons of instant coffee, and maybe a couple teaspoons of baking cocoa that is unsweetened... I give that a mix then put Oreo Cookies in a baggy and crush them by hand. Then I fold that in after I get that mocha mix puffy and pour it into a metal loaf pan and stick in the freezer for 8 hrs. Go to See Sara Lynn on Domestic Geek! Type in No Churn ice cream! You'll see what I mean! Eyeballs will roll back I'm telling ya!!! She even did one which I tried and Loved it was MAPKE PECAN BACON ICE CREAM!!!!! It was so delicious!!! You Bunkies give it a Try and I guarantee you'll love me!!!😁😉😊
