Yes, it’s definitely a sellers market but not necessarily a buyers market! Our neighbors just sold their home so fast in a weekend, same with several of our friends. I think you’re smart in taking your time! You’ll find the perfect home eventually!

You know what I was thinking during your video? Change, even positive change is stressful…I could see the emotion under the surface for the whole video. Everything is going to be ok and it really is ok to feel everything. It’s exciting to have a new adventure but you still grieve the loss of the old one. There are great things ahead for you and I wanted to say congratulations and good luck. It feeds my soul when good things happen to good people.

So excited for y’all! If y’all decide to build on the farm consider this.. you could build a shop if you wanted with a small living area in it first then start building your home. That way, y’all have an enclosed area living space to live while the home is still being built. Plus, once the house is built.. if you have guests, they’ll have somewhere to stay!

We sold our house in less than 24 hours. Then we got an RV. And we are just traveling until the market calms down or until supplies come down in price. Am glad you have an RV to wait it out. We are actually really enjoying it.

You were so wise to call off the offer. Listening to the Lord saves us a lot of heartache. Best wishes and just wait for His leadership. We went through sort of the same thing about 5 years ago. We had sold our house with no where to go. We put an offer on a place that lacked some of our criteria but we felt we had to get something asap. Thankfully it fell through at the last moment through no fault of ours. Then we found our dream home and love it. Just wait for it, the right one will materialize.

We live in your area - actually bumped into you at a shop in the area - and sold our home in October 2020. We lost so many dream homes over the last year and felt defeated and rejected and questioned what we were doing and took many breaks but we finally closed on 11/23/21 and it’s exactly where we feel we are supposed to be! Build at the farm-I work for a builder and lumber is coming down. Appliances-buy American made and you have the time to order now and store until needed. You will get exactly what you want and it is so worth the time and investment! Come back to Colorado as well-we love having you come and visit!

We sold our house last November and moved to our rental house to wait for the perfect house to come along and considered building but the cost to build was way up and would take forever so we finally found our dream house but it took 11 months but we are so glad we were patient and waited til it felt right it’s with the wait!

Live in the camper build your dream home. Friend did a Fab house so cool and looks and feels like a house. It came on 5 tractor trailer trucks. She had it built just like she wanted and time wise was not bad. Praying for God to give y'all peace.

Congratulations on selling your house you guys! We sold our house March 2021 due to this outstanding market (we lived in Bessemer City and got wayy over asking for a small city). We build a new dream home in Charlotte with our large patio facing a lake/pond in our backyard. This was definitely the time to sell!!! -Britt

We are planning on moving in the spring....to where we aren’t sure. Going to travel across and see what feels like home. So I feel you all our planner friends have anxiety every time I tell them “ I don’t know” when they ask questions.

We have almost 2 acres and we can see both neighbors or actually several houses on each side of us but our land is pretty!! It has almost an acre in the front and little more than half an acre in the back with a lot of space on each side. It is country but very close to town and getting on a freeway. Neither of which you can hear!! It is a very beautiful and nice place!! Oh, it has a place to park our 5th wheel and some day maybe have a pool. In my dreams! Along with a sunroom.

Congratulations!! You are blessed to be able to spend time at the condo and take your time. I just signed a purchase agreement for a new build outside Myrtyle Beach. It’s going to take over a year to build and they will not break ground for 5 to 6 months.

I feel the building at the farm is where y’alls heart is It may not be easy but people are still building houses 😊. We built our house on 4 acres and have been here now 13 1/2 years we added on an outdoor covered kitchen last year and we have loved every day of being here and are so very thankful to the Lord for blessing us. God is so good 😊!!!! May God continue to guide y’all and bless y’all- which I know that He will 🙏❤️
