SAME THOUGHT! Also, John was mechanic, too (i think?), so it can be just no-hunt-AU, since there's photo of Mary in the bedroom etc. 😅

My boyfriend and step dad are both mechanics and you’d be really surprised that they actually use hammers, crowbars and a bunch of other items that you’d never think they’d use quite often. Hammers and stuff are very versatile tools and it’s really interesting to see

This is one of my faves… because 1. I have a father/daughter household where he is a sort of mechanic - Living in Copperdale lol. 2. This kind of build, with a strong specific theme, really encourage that detailed realistic play that I love. I cannot WAIT to get this in my game now. 🎉

Love your storylines! The colour scheme on the outside of the house is really nice too and the little makeshift tire swing!! this is the single dad in the hallmark film who has closed himself off to love after the death of his wife but everything changes when he's called to a roadside breakdown where he meets a bigshot city slicker with big heels and a bigger heart and no place to stay as a storm is hitting it writes itself

You can download other simmers paintings on the gallery, so you can have variety of artwork. Save yourself all the trouble of letting your own sims paint figure paintings 😂

A quick question, with the tool mod when you’re moving the object 15:09 (I think) are you doing it with a keyboard, like you can hold alt and rotate objects how do you move it without using the options it gives you…. I really hope this makes sense

I think I know what you mean, I use the sims 3 Camera and hold alt to freely rotate objects x

i love your builds but something that drives me crazy (ive seen so many simmers do it) is when a rundown house will have thousands of dollars worth of plants and landscaping outside… but a box tv 😭 it always makes me laugh because i think its an easy way to communicate an “outdated” theme but IRL you can get a small flatscreen tv for like less than $50. the build is beautiful though it feels so homey
