Wow! Everything looks amazing. I too remember when you first moved in. The pool rivaled the pond in gross! 😝 Cleaning the pool and installing the new liner made such a difference. The first powerwash made the cement pop! You made such improvements with the deck, such a welcoming space. A wonderful place to spend summer. Enjoy!

LOVE the swingset!! Also, we have a motorized sunsetter awning as well. Not sure if this would interest you, but when we bought ours (6-7 years ago or so) we also purchased the cover. Basically, it's like a metal hood that overhangs the awning when it's fully rolled in. It protects the awning from the elements and will definitely help to lengthen the life. Not sure if they sell them after market, but thought it might be something you may want to check out.

Our California home had a large awning, it was about 12x30, and a brown and tan fabric, years later my son was getting married and wanted the reception to be in our back yard, so we agreed and started making plans. Please bear in mind that my ex, my son and I are all artists, so I asked my son and husband to paint the awning. My husband (artist) says you can’t paint that, I asked why not, he says it’s canvas, so I walked over to one of his oil paintings and asked what this painting was on. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 So he painted the awning! One other thing, when we moved into the house we bought a new awning, it was under $800 back then, in the mid 80’s. Ya’ll have done an awesome job on everything! It looks great out there.

We have a fenced in yard. It's legal here to do it that way. We have a locking gate on our deck as well so it's truly locked up if we want it to.

They looked cool I liked they change colors I am going to landscape I going to get some gravel and plant some lavender things for butterflies and bees. I wish I could get me a waterfall but I don’t have outside plug. I would love to have running water sound outside. I love sitting on my porch watching the birds. I have a bird bath with a small fountain but it tore up it was solar. It didn’t last long at all

It is a 16'x32' with a slope . The deep end is only about 3.5 ft and the deep end slopes down to maybe 7.5 square in the middle. The deep end walls have a shelf to Walk around. So no diving 🙌 but we have a lot of fun. It's a good size.

We love it... but weve only had above ground pop up pools in the past. The only thing we wish we had was a slide! I'm thinking of buying one next year. We also have 6 water features 3 on each side that fountain in from the concrete. That's a fun feature for the kids.

Aww I'm so sorry to hear that. I always post with music as I LOVE the music. It gets me a lot of others motivated to get up and get cleaning.
