This was the start, Tape 2 of 5, of the sit down interview with Jester in his home in Baldwin Hills of Los Angeles in May of 1993. I quickly brought my volunteer crew of Mark Shattuck and Eric Stromberger (to whom I owe a great deal to both) and filmed 93 year old Jester. We assumed we needed to rush knowing his age, so there was not alot of time to prepare. There was before the days of internet so research was not easily obtainable. I would have asked him so many different questions now.
