Love the jewelry from your grandmother! The gold bracelet with gemstones was popular in Puerto Rico back in the 80s, I wish i would have bought one, it is so classic latina. My Cartier bangle also opened and I lost the screw, they fixed it no charge and tested it. I am now more diligent about checking the screws because I would hate to lose it too! I take all my jewelry off at night except for my bracelets and necklaces too. Love the video…

I love the cartier love bracelet, but seeing as I don’t prefer sleeping with my jewelry on I opted for the love cuff. It’s easier to take on and off and it stays shiny longer. It also doesn’t fall off and it has a more attractive price tag. Nice collection btw!

Beautiful collection! My wishlist watch is a white band in the CHOPARD HAPPY FISH watch collection (must find vintage-launched in 2002). I really love the 2015 version (only 25 were made). They are from their sport line so they are water proof. Being a boat and beach person, it would have a lot of meaning for me.

I haven't had an issue with the Cartier love bracelet yet, but I updated my lock system for mine last year from a vintage love bracelet. Hopefully, mine is up to date.

I have also had a similar issue with my love bracelet. I noticed that it had started clicking, and the clicking eventually became worse and it felt very loose. I kept tightening it with my screw, but it would just continue to click, and become loose, at a quicker rate as time went on. I sent it to Cartier and got it fixed with the new screw that they offered, I haven’t been having the same problem as much, every now and then I still tighten it, but not nearly as much as I did before (maybe once a year).

Lovely jewellery, Lou! ❤ Thank you for showing us! I've never been drawn to the Love bangle because the design doesn't speak to me, but I know it's popular. Lorna Luxe who I also follow on social media had the same thing happen as you and she lost half of her Love bangle. So unfortunate... All of my jewellery is from Tiffany. I have platinum and yellow gold pieces only. Do you have any Tiffany pieces or any on your wishlist? Your engagement ring and your grandma's Rolex are my favourites x

I cringe when I do the Cartier Love bracelet math. The small size weighs roughly 17 grams; 18K gold is going for $49.00 an ounce making the intrinsic value around $830.00 USD--retail is $4,750.00 for the small 😳. Do I still want it....yes! 😅.

Yo me voy a comprar el collar de Van Cleef que sólo es de oro justo porque no quiero tener que quitármelo y cuidarlo tanto como los que tienen piedras… Escuché una historia de una niña que se le safó el Love Bracelet y se cayó en una coladera 🙃 osea es medio común que pase eso con el love Bracelet porque no es la primera vez que escucho una historia así

I think, for a watch the brand is way too unknown to spend 1500$; Even when you get a discount it's just too expensive for what it is. In 5 years they will be gone and never heard of anymore. Just my opinion, I'm classic and conservative🙂

If you want to try new brands of jewelry i recommend 3 italian 1 german brand and 1 dutch brand bron. I own a few pieces of Pesavento Al Coro and Ponte vechio. They are 18 k gold with diamonds. The style of those brands are very unique but sometimes classic or modern. Depends what you like. I have the modern version of the pieces. They dont have problems in water dont scratch easily and are very comfortable. Noën is also a brand that is very comfortable but more on the modern side. AL Coro is a brand that has very strong jewelry and very modern and out of the box. It doesnt scratch or breaks easily. And i am going to buy my second whole and a ring from the dutch brand Bron. They work with 18 k gold and rare gemstones like Blue diamond or other rare Gem stones. They are for the woman who wants to have fun and doesnt care what other people think. I tell you this i own some pieces of those brands and i am happy that i invested in them. I wear them from time to time. Never been happier. Yes they are around the price range of 1000 and up. But the quality is outstanding.
