Here is my story of how God delivered me from OCD and Anxiety! Medications, counselling, etc... nothing worked. BUT GOD! In one moment, God broke the chains of OCD and anxiety off of my life for good in August 2012! I have never been the same since, not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of God! You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free! (John 8:32)

I suffer from OCD (although undiagnosed). I find myself ruminating, I’ve had days where I’ve probably prayed prayers for salvation near 100 times, since they’re never “good enough.” I felt a call into ministry as a teenager, and I started developing these intrusive thoughts then too (maybe a year or so after). I’m 27 now, still know I have this task from the Lord, but this is a gigantic stumbling block that I know Satan put on my flesh. I often find myself so discouraged from self-condemnation, that I’ll eventually willingly sin (not an excuse). This OCD is like a prison, I’ve prayed for Jesus to heal me, I know he can, and I hope he does, so I can serve him fully, and be a true servant for him. Anyone seeing this, please pray for me as well. UPDATE: The Lord is good, and has been doing a great work I'm not really having obsession's anymore AT ALL. If I have a thought pop up, that I know will turn into a rumination, I hand it to Jesus, Trusting him, an he has taken it every single time! All praise to Jesus, only HE could have done this.

Along with prayer , start listening to Grace based preaching . For me Joseph Prince was the preacher that led me out of OCD. You need to listen to the new teaching to change your thought process. Just praying won’t work. It’s collective effort . Listening to teachings and teach you how to get rid of sickness along with practical examples.

aww man i’m glad you are honest we’ve all been there i think it’s good to recognize these things of like “oh no they came back” it isn’t God like “oh ur not close to me here is this back” it’s never like that it’s always us and the doors we’ve opened back up to sin. we’re guarded when we stay close and abide in the vine there’s protection there. i always think of this verse Matthew 12:43-45 “When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. 45 Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation.” He WILL heal you again! take heed to the warnings of going back to our old ways of life! it’s only for our good that we stay close. He is for you and never going to leave you

I suffered a similar thing to this man preaching, I was mentally and physically tired and one day i decided that I will try God fully and he filled me with his love and I felt this weight being lifted off and after that moment everything changed. Jesus touched my soul

I just got off abilify that I been on for 12 years for my OCD/Anxiety. I haver scrupulosity (religious OCD) , I been praying and crying out to God. Also I been changing and calling on the holy spirit to heal me from this mental illness. It focuses on the enemy satan and lies about him and makes me so anxious and compulsive its so scary but I know Jesus/ The Holy Spirit in me and has given me a spirit not of fear but of power love and sound mind. The enemy and or OCD is attacking me right now as I type this but I rebuke both in JESUS NAME. Please pray for me brothers and sisters. Wisdom. And whatever else I need. Please

I had this after klonopin coming off.. God will be by your side. Remember the feelings are just neurons in the brain misfiring until your brain corrects from chemicals. Do not fear the feelings.. god gave you strength since birth so find peace in him to let this pass.

@@OhOkayChloe I'm better.. I caved and started taking a couple new meds.. I didn't want to do it at first but it was debilitating / scary.. maybe God wants me to be on meds right now to help.. idk . All I know is I cried to him every night and he has given me peace until the next day it came back and it went in a circle.. I'm a lot better then I was though, thanks :)

What I heard that helped me was a testimony from Joseph prince’a church where someone said Jesus doesn’t have this condition so neither do I and Jesus healed her so I’ve been telling myself that too. Jesus doesn’t have ocd or anxiety so neither do I and, by his stripes I am healed praise God. I had never heard of Jesus healing taught properly before but coming to know that he took all of my sickness and diseases on the cross and all my sins has caused healing to start in me. One day at a time he gives us wave upon wave of Grace for each day. I pray this helps others going through the same thing as it has helped me. Jesus loves you. And he is our healer. Just receive it by faith because it’s all been paid for. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Our future is as bright as the Glory and excellence of God ✌️

I am praying for deliverance overall. I have a suspicion this was meant for me to see. I cannot eat or drink by mouth as of now and I get infusions through my right arm every night for 10 hours. I have something called gastroparesis which is what they claim as the reason I nearly died of malnutrition from not being able to eat or drink. It causes so much pain. I have been on Iv nutrition for over a year now with no plan of change in sight by the doctors. They have given up on me. I suffer with debilitating anxiety. I have been through lots of trauma and have grief almost everyday. I am praying that my body, mind, soul, and spirit will align with the word of God. I speak life over my body and my future. Please pray for me ❤❤ This is extremely inspiring. The other night I watched your sermon and I was praying and felt something leave my body. I am starting to accept healing and faith. You helped me see the true definition of faith in Christ. I cannot eat or drink by I believe and declare deliverance from this demonic attack on my body and my mind. I am praying for deliverance from anxiety, depression and other mental health LABELS. I will no longer take ownership of those things but say that my mind is governed by Christ and thoughts of God only. Anything not of God must go! Amen

I was exactly as described in this video. I lived off of Ensure and beef jerky as it was the only thing I could (sometimes) keep down. I received deliverance from the jezebel spirit and other unclean spirits and I have been anxiety-free every since. However I still experience fear, obsessive compulsions, doubt, and rumination. Things have been way better but I know there is more healing to be done. I'm realizing that OCD habits and thoughts need to be looked at like an addiction. You have to starve it. I believe freedom is around the corner and every day I will continue to be aware of what my flesh wants and fight it and starve it. Freedom is near and God has big plans. This will be a testimony and ministry.

@@ilovewater7595 Eating normally, gained 20 lbs muscle, more energy, able to stand up for myself and my decisions. I've even been able to grow my nails back because I would pick them relentlessly. Anxiety and OCD stems from control. In reality we're not meant to control anything. God is. Once you (and easier said than done) understand that God's got your back no matter what, you tackle life with an "I can do it even if" mindset.
