Mac is one of those rare artists who even years after his death (5 years now) I’m still discovering musical gems like this one. His music echos timeless themes, it could have been written yesterday. It’s as if he still speaks from beyond.

Most haunting song ever . I remember the night it dropped , got home from a party . Was living at my buddys farm house . I hopped in the truck and did some bumps and drank some Jack chain smoking while listening to the album through, driving empty cornfield country roads. . By the time this track came on , the sun was just breaking the horizon but there was also a blanket of gray cloud in the other direction. It was hitting so hard . I remember thinking , “Mac, please don’t die man”.
