I had never heard of Jet Lag until seeing this video. Had to pause, go watch the episode released and then come back. Now I’m going to go back and watch the past seasons!

Thus far this has been my favourite season outside of the two Tag seasons. Toby seems to have the best gameplay chemistry with Sam, and I think that helps. But there's just something about Ben running solo and inadvertently causing chaos that is very entertaining.

So excited for this coverage! My husband is not a fan of most Reality TV but a huge fan of Jet Lag for all the reasons Taran mentioned (specifically how most shows try to mislead you and Jet Lag doesn't). This is finally a podcast I can share with him!

Love this season, I dont think it is the most complicated though. I think the capture the flag season in japan(s8 maybe?), is the most complicated.

I think Capture the Flag had simpler rules but more complex game play, because teams could split up so sometimes there were four storylines at once.

Start from the beginning. They've made changes and improvements to their challenges, and sometimes close loopholes in later seasons

The first Tag Across Europe (season 3) is in my opinion a really great starting point for jet lag. It’s got an interesting yet not super complicated game which includes great strategy and great locations.

New Zealand is my favorite season! I think this show is a mix between travel show, strategy game and Taskmaster!
