@@waverider5751 well Oklahoma Texas and Nevada Arizona California amd Florida does. Well I have never been pulled over for it lol. With that said though I don't jump close behind anyone's boat except mine or a friend's. I am a boat owner as well amd it does get old when you have a swarm of skis chasing you all over jumping your wake. I couldn't imagine getting on a huge sit down ski and not jump a wake. If all I could do is just drive around I might as well get a boat only that way atleast u could have friend's amd family on there. Haha

I'd like to call bs on the crashing a pwc is an inherent risk. There is defensive driving and none of my friends who have driven or own3d jetskis have ever crashed. Falling off yes crashing no that's carelessness!!
