Ух ты как резво на старте машинка побежала, как легко оторвалась и с хорошим углом тангажа пошла набирать высоту!.. Видно, тяговооруженность солидная. Машинка лёгкая, стройная, красивая... Молодцы.

主翼の上のエンジンは画期的な事です。基本「翼の上には何も置くな」でしたが、ある意味で最後のフロンティアだったと思います。 模型をボーイング社に持ち込んでテストしたとき、最初は「ホンダは何も分かってない」とバカにしてたのに結果が凄く良くて驚いたそうです。 まず、空力上の効率が良く燃費も良くなった。次にエンジンをキャビンに取り付けてないので振動や騒音が入って来なくなって静粛性が上がった。 そして、キャビンに取り付けてた時は内部に補強のためのつっかえ棒を何本も差し込んでたが、それが無くなって、がらん胴になったので室内空間がとても広くなって、貨物室も広くなった！といい事ずくめです。恐らく特許が切れたら多くの航空会社がマネしてくるでしょう。 でもエンジンの位置とか僅かにズレるだけで性能が悪くなるらしく、かなり研究する必要があるでしょうね。 昔ドイツの航空会社も翼上エンジンやってましたが、あれは飛行機の高さを抑えて飛行場のタラップを使わない事で運用コストを下げる目的なので全く別モノです。そして販売台数はわずか17台・・・300台ほど売ってペイできる航空業界でコレは大失敗の負の歴史でしたが、ホンダが覆しました。

そのとうりだと思います。昔、燃料タンク翼の上に積んだ戦闘機あったくらいなんだから、型通りにこだわる必要ないでしょう。アメリカ軍も、後退翼の戦闘機、後から採用したくらいなんだから。 ロト6当たったら、買いたいすね～。☺️・・・夢でしょうけど(--;)

エンジン位置はリアジェットのサイテーションと大差ないですよね。普通はやらない、でもその「普通」を打破する柔軟な思考が あったからこそ結実した成果でしょう。

ホンダジェットの凄いところ、最大高度４３０００ｆｔ（１３１００ｍ）だ、一般の旅客機が３５０００ｆｔ（1００００ｍから１２０００ｍ）を飛行しているからぶつかることはない。こんな小さな飛行機が大型航空機よりも高いところを悠々と飛んでいるのだからどれほど素晴らしいことだろう、乗った人が宇宙に近い空を飛んでいるとの感想も分かるような気がする。そして翼の上にあるエンジンのお陰で室内はとても静かであること、高級自動車に乗ると外の音が入ってこないあの感じだそうだ。最大速度４２２ノット（７８２ｋｍ/ｈ）、最大後続距離２６６１ｋｍと小型の飛行機としては驚異の数値なのだ。ホンダジェットが世界で売れている理由が分かる。
