Wedding Day!!!!
What a great day learning more about Malaysia, specifically about the state of Terengganu.
We started our tour in Chinatown before heading to Pasar Payang traditional market.
Everything was new to us, and we saw many new fruits and vegetables, for the first time.
We also tried some Malaysian snacks and food, including Terengganu laksa and some Nyonya kuih. The highlight was our visit to Terrapuri Cultural Village, where we were shown the culture and traditions of Terengganu, and had a surprise wedding! Our day ended with the Terengganu river cruise where we passed by some spectacular landmarks including the Crystal Mosque, and Terengganu Draw Bridge.

Alex is the best guide in Terengganu and East Coast. Not really a surprise as he won best tourism awards from Ministry of Tourism several times before. Would love to go to Terradala as the last time I was there it was just been completed and not operated yet. 5 star tours by Ping Anchorage!

Wow..!!! I'm impressed by your parents... wearing that traditional wedding outfit.... such a lovely couple... 🥰🥰🥰 Trengganu has a famous seashore called "Rantau Abang" where there are seasons where turtles come and lay eggs at the shore.... that's why you see turtles as their icon

I have said this and I will say it again... Malaysia is easy to travel especially for newbies... travel 101... Other countries are more extreme in partying and travelling... start in Malaysia or use it as a hub to south east asia... if you get sick... come back to Malaysia... our health services are cheap and good...😂

I think that ice shreded use for fish market not for drinks at food hawker. For hawker, retaurant ice cube come from ice factory. They deliver with ice lorry, operator directly handle the ice bag put inside ice box normally big orange box inside hawker stall/kitchen.

Oh the jeruks, in my bygone jeruk eating days I love cermai, kelubi and mango not so much the pala(nutmeg). I also love the jeruk anggur (grapes), the dry covered with white powder(?) ones.

Tourist comes to msia wantto see malay,OA,sabah n srwk culture.That why they more love going to tganu,melaka,sabah and other.They say IF i want to see india and china culture better i take flight to china and india.I am grab driver sometime tourist driver they always i ask which part i can see local culture in malaysia.They went to penang,Ipoh but they not too interestd there.

Im with you guys.Never care for putu..its kinda tasteless compared to some other yummy Terengganu kueh . As a big Lord of the Rings fan,that Boromir comparison to old Terengganu fishermen makes me smile. I bet your parents enjoyed Terengganu immensely from the pasar, Chinatown, kampung activity to the cruise and food, we had the same feeling when we visited TGG last year! Oh!
