I couldn't resist. I had to come back and watch this again on the same day as Ash's final episode of the anime. Whether you loved or hated Ash as a character there's no doubt that he and Pikachu touched the hearts of millions of people all over the world. It's been one hell of a ride for the past quarter century, and hopefully the next generation will be able to find the same love for Pokémon through the new anime that we did alongside Ash and Pikachu for so many years
