When things don’t go right, there is going to be changes. He Jets seem to be in a process of correcting issues that show up during a failed season. That is a good thing.

I'm not mad at it but who thought special teams had any real issues that we knew of anyways.

I doubt they address the loss. He also hasn't been picked up or looked at from what I reviewed so far.

My concern with this team is the coaching staff not being ready to handle and optimize our talent. Hate to see an admired player leave.

We have to keep trying to attract some fresh talent on the offensive side of the coaching staff.

I would assume so, tough to think he was comfortable losing the majority of his assistants though.

This only confirms how dysfunctional the coaching staff is. I would side with Leon Washington or any ex jet player in that staff. I think they would be more passionate about doing things the right way and succeeding. I think something was said that rubbed Salah the wrong way and they fired him.

You never really know with these things. The optics continue to look terrible though.
