I can't wait till Dji makes this at a fraction of the price with how stable the drones are. No need to manually control every single movement like a fpv drone. That with fully autonomous flight will be the future. Just imagine a powerhouse like Tesla with the dji tech making these.

watching various videos on these new vehicles, and which are obviously going to be the vehicle of the future, this particular evtol seems to be a market leader in the single seat ones. I do wonder about the weather aspect though, would a canopy increase the weight so much it would reduce the battery time significantly? But an amazing craft and Id love to fly one!

I ordered one specifically because I wanted an open canopy. I have ridden motorcycles for years and this would be the closest thing to a flying motorcycle. There is no substitute for the feeling of the air hitting your body as you move. An enclosed design would be better as a practical commute type vehicle, IMHO, not as a recreation vehicle..

Needs a longer flight time/range, which i can only imagine given enough time and investment itll significantly improve on in the future

it is relativily cheap for flight, the biggest cost is 8 motors, 8 props, 8 escs, as well as batteries and chasis

What happens when an ESC burns up or a bird damages one prop or motor, will the controller correct that?
