Been a nascar fan my whole life. Found motocross & supercross when my kid started riding a dirtbike 2 years ago. Its is truly the best sport in the world. No other sport allows the up close and personal aspect that this sport allows. Training with AJ has taught my kid so much and kept him safe. Moto Academy member for life

Crazy to witness Jett mature over the past few years. Seems like he was a goofball teenager just a few months ago, but this summer he's grown up a lot. If he was that good as a scatterbrained teen, imagine how good he'll be as a focused, hardworking young man.

Great video, and training. Would it also be helpful if you could add some suspension advice too. That always gives me some anxiety. Like if the front is to stiff , or the sag is off ,or rebound is to fast or slow. That would help, maybe it would make a difference corners on how fast can take a corner, if the bike is settling right?

That little detail about the knees going up from the feet and not forward from the feet is the biggest improvement my son has made. The difference seems insignificant and unnecessary, but it makes a big difference in safety and stability.

@@SKIDSnSTUFF that worked finally. I had to push my feet into pegs at all times. Not just the dead weight of my body, had to push with my leg muscles. I had a problem with feel with lower body. Thought it was my gaerne boots, maybe it still is some but driving feet I to pegs with my legs at all times seems to help.
