Thank you for shedding a light on me. I just did a full and hard EGR, airbox and intake swirler delete on my 2014 VW JSW/Golf Variant TDI in which was 2 years after a full and hard DPF delete. My God those diesel owners have to pay an arm an leg to get rid of all those problems.

@@budgetboizmedia8525 I agree with joe schmoe. We're scrambling to watch the 57 videos and decipher bad/contradictory info so we can decide what/how to do an EGR delete. If we watched 57 people vacuuming their cars we'd be stuck here for hours.

I blocked both vacuum hoses with screws and I blocked the egr delete kit with a screw , and i put the 150hp fuel incetors on my 101hp audi a3 1.9tdi and i go around 160kmh it goes in limp mode, but i have stage 1 chip... anyone knows why? Does turbo have to much pressure and goes off or something else?

That wooh sound happened to my 1.9tdi bxe engine. I have had non start issues so replaced the cam sensor and now for some reason the wooh doesnt happen. What is that wooh from? Thanks great video

Are you supposed to install that nipple on the egr? Because i didn't and I have no boost. Could that be why?

possibly. the nipple threads into the hole on the egr and the vaccum line goes onto that

@@budgetboizmedia8525 the nipple is for if you want to install a boost gauge thats why they give you that second blocking grub screw

Vacuum line absolutely does not go on the nipple! That's for a boost gauge. Old vacuum line controls egr function. Vacuum line needs to be blocked off. (use an old bolt or golf tee) and the T junction further up the vacuum line should be replaced with a straight junction. ALSO, should disconnect coolant lines from egr cooler, and connect them to each other with a quality junction.

Bro take the manifold off and burn that shit out of it. It will run alot better. That whole manifold is plugged up

@@budgetboizmedia8525 you see how clogged it was where you were digging that build up out? The rest of the manifold is the same. Its restricting the the airflow and making your turbo work way harder than it should. Its very easy yo remove it and clean it out. Plenty of videos on how to do it.

yeah you pull the intake off and use a oxygen/ acetylene torch and an air gun or you can make your own with a plenum and equal length runners like I did lots of work for the latter solution though

They don’t exist anymore on eBay, eBay stopped allowing delete related products from being sold. I just ordered mine off tdi upgrades website

He is correct. OP failed by hooking vacuum line where the boost gauge would go. Now the OP is blowing boost into what is supposed to be a negative pressure system! 🤔😕

The more it smokes, the more you can smoke tailgaters. Downshift one gear and rev the mother fucker and the tailgater will back off. Used to do it all the time when I had the same car.
