Don't know how to say this... I am romanian and I am so dissapointed at the lame guitars Hora is making, At least what they're selling to us here in Romania. Haven't played any Hora guitars that were selled abroad.

Nu or fi pe primul loc in Europa degeaba. Oricum n-as lua una fara sa-i aud sunetul.:)

Iosif Simon vezi cum reuseste el sa cante?

Are o rezonantza placuta, calda, flamenco.

I have bought 2 Thomann brand guitars (made by Hora) in the last 6 months. I bought the Thomann Classic S 4/4 which I absolutely love. It's all solid wood w/spruce top and maple back/sides and maple neck with acacia fingerboard and bridge. The other one I bought was the Thomann counterpart of the Hora SM30. They are both 'factory' guitars -- meaning they always require some final setup and additional work before being fully usable. Don't despair, the Hora guitars actually aren't too bad -- but, you have to be willing to sit down and 'work through the bugs' or take it to a skilled luthier/guitar tech to have these final steps done. Here are the areas that likely to need additional work: 1). frets -- level/dress/polish as needed; 2). upgrade saddle (and preferably the nut also) to bone units; 3). definitely upgrade to a quality set of strings (I prefer D'addario Titanium trebles on both guitars); 4). I also 'thinned' the very heavy polyurethane finish on the top (using micro mesh pads, lemon oil and microfiber cloths); 5). finally, speed the break-in process by placing the guitar on or near a powerful speaker and play music at the guitar as to vibrate it (especially the top). I upgraded tuners on the Classic S as well. To the OP: nice playing. For reference, the Hora Spanish (4/4) model is the rough equivalent of the Thomann Classic S 4/4 (noting that the current configuration differs by fingerboard material (rosewood vs. acacia) and headstock design. The wood is sufficient quality and the construction basically sound. If you can work through the bugs, you can have a very nice sounding and playing classical guitar for a very modest price.
