I never knew there was any sort of Jewish connection with India until a few months ago. It has increased my respect for India at a time when Indians in Canada are increasingly being blamed collectively for behaviour of a minority of recent immigrants. I know that the West needs India and Indians as an ally in the coming decades as we precent religious extremism from interfering with our ways of life and liberal values. Both my dad (in the early 1990s) and my sister around 2017 travelled to India to attend weddings for friends. I'd like to one day when it's safer for female travelers.

namastey. yes your right but child marriage is has decreased drastically few decades ago. particularly rajasthan is a only state were these things exist in rural areas (as much as i know). all though women are safe here but some vagabond n goons here n there create disturbance. if u ever come to india Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi & Goa would be preferable for you.

We can say that now, considering whatever they did to us. But they laid foundation for industries, the sense of togetherness against one enemy, and a language that we all use so fluently, these are minor things but we took it, included it in our culture, and thats why we are a fdi destination. You need to communicate with people. Oh i hate the colonialism, but i do take it reasonably. Africa was colonised, pakistan was also.

Muhammad ... it is possible to two people to like each other without reference to third person. Trust me ..I love all the contributions of Islam in India through Music, Food, architecture ... I will give my life to defend the life of an Innocent Muslim But I want Muslims to not see Hindus as a threat but as children of the same God whom we worship with a different name.
