REACHING FOR ETERNITY: Five Ways to Get Close to God and Have a Personal Relationship with God - Rabbi Michael Skobac
Judaism teaches that in creating man, God wanted to have a recipient to benefit from His goodness. Just like our earthly parents want their children to have the maximum life has to offer, God wants us to receive the greatest good and the greatest pleasure possible. Of course the greatest good is God Himself. Connecting with God is the greatest good possible and the most pleasurable experience a human is capable of having.
In this program, Rabbi Skobac discusses five pathways to getting close to God. These include:
1. Developing an appetite and desire to have a relationship with the Almighty
2. Serving God and being obedient to His will
3. Modeling our lives after the way He relates to mankind (ie. becoming generous givers like God)
4. Allowing ourselves to be awed by the masterpiece He painted called nature, and
5. Speaking directly to God in prayer just like you would speak with someone close to you.

JEWS FOR JUDAISM is an outreach organization whose primary goal is to win back to Judaism those Jews who have been influenced by the following six threats to Jewish survival that are devastating the global Jewish community.
1. Hebrew-Christian missionaries convert thousands of Jews worldwide every year
2. Destructive cults cause many Jews to abandon family, friends and careers
3. Eastern religions, Buddhism and Hinduism are spiritual choices for many Jews
4. Apathy and ignorance leave many Jews unaware, unaffiliated and assimilated
5. Intermarriage is exploding with a 75% rate in some North American cities
6. Anti-Israel BDS on campus inhibits Jewish students from standing up for Israel and Judaism
To assist non-Jews who have left other religions, and are reaching out to JEWS FOR JUDAISM, we also provide educational programs to help them embrace the Torah’s Seven Noachide Laws for Gentiles.
We achieve our goals through our worldwide Internet outreach, Social Media, free educational programs, educational literature and counseling services that connect Jewish people to the spiritual depth, beauty and wisdom of Judaism.
“I am so grateful to have discovered the wonderful Jews for Judaism KZfaq lectures by Rabbi Skobac. I am a Jew who converted to Christianity in college, but now, thanks to your online outreach, I have returned to Judaism. Thank you.” - Rebecca G.
In a nutshell, Jews for Judaism saves Jewish lives and keeps Jews Jewish.

As usual, another outstanding lecture. So often we are not in tune with the omnipotence of GOD and really get a grasp of its infinite significant influence, until we are exposed to teachings like this one .keep up the good work, you are among a handful of my favorite Rabbis. Much Blessings

Rabbi it is genuinely a blessing to be able to listen and learn from you, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for what you do. I was wondering if you could explain the Kabbalah and the spiritual side to Judaism in regards to the Kabbalah in depth, it would help me out a lot.

Your talk tonight was an eye opener to me. Praying and emulating Hashem's ways are areas I need to improve. The word "mitzvah" and its relationship to Hashem's name as well as how the Avoth connected to Hashem, clarified how one can "cleave" to G-d. Thank you for this enlightening lecture.
