Literally cried at this cutscene. It was so so beautiful and I can't help but feel like this is the most unified and festive Lantern Rite so far. The theme of getting together and familial love is so evident too! AND GAMING AHHH Just watching his performance, as the ultimate performance for the people, but also for his DAD to see the fruits of his labor, to understand this is what he wants to do and why he wants to do it because words alone are not enough to convey it. And Cloud Retainer thank you for looking after Gaming. This Lantern Rite healed my Chinese soul immensely.

Fun fact: Did anyone noticed at 0:04 Xiangling, Xingqiu and Chongyun was standing on the left of the far away bridge ? (right at the pink-ish tree) Also, who flied Hutao's soul kite at 3:26 when both Zhongli and Hutao were shown clearly empty handed ? The only one left who could possibly have known and own such a kite is Xiao !!!

The sick drum roll, Gaming get the Spotlight and appreciation finally the music the way it shifts and honestly in this one Cutscene there are just so many heartwarming scenes, Shene and Gangu, Paimon and Traveler, Gaming's dad finally being proud of him the Interaction between Charlotte and Keqing the wholesome sequence of Charlotte taking a picture which correlates to us players who were smiling as well, the views, the perspectives the way Gaming became the star of Lantern rite, the kites Aunt Xinyun smile I cried so much for no reason of feeling this Cutscene so deeply truly appreciate it TwT

I get so frustrated whenever people complain genshin is a bad game for superficial reasons (it has its own problems) only because they just forget how much gameplay and what a big beautiful world we have to explore. And every year lantern rite makes me cry and this was such a delight to watch again and again. Genshins cut scenes are incredible
