Great! 2 Latin words and they are used in italian at present. Altruism (altruismo in italian) comes from Latin (alter=other). Benevolent ("benevolente" or "benevolo" in italian) comes from "benevolent" which is Latin. The meaning is the same in Latin, Italian and English. There are other words from Latin in the article, but I have pointed out only these.

During the mindfulness, I stop thinking 'me, me, me', which does make me feel better and relaxed.
